Courage: key to instant success.
Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani all these
personalities had one quality. Courage, the word is short but has deep
importance in our life. In fact without courage nothing in the world would have
been possible; man wouldn’t have been able to achieve any of things that it has
achieved today. Jumping off the cliff or diving into the deepest oceans is not
what I mean. A small level daily task can require huge amount of courage, a
very practical example is to complete your pending work (practical’s to be
precise), as a student I think it’s the most courageous thing that I can do in
one go! Many a time’s people find themselves very keen on something but when
that task requires courage they fail to do so.
In school raising your hand in the class when in doubt is an
act of courage; well most of us hesitate in the beginning but as we grow old
that feeling is out. But what if the teacher points you out and asks you a
question and you don’t know the answer to that question. What will you do?
Curse the teacher? (Most of us do that) Thinking for the answer will only help
if you have any brief of what is being asked but if just don’t know it then say
it that ma’am I don’t know this please explain. This one act of courage will
help you for the rest of your life and I am sure you will not make a fool of
yourself.
Well, these are daily avoidable things I mean you could
speak up or you could just shut your mouth and listen but for how long? And there
are situations where courage could either make your life or just break it. Luckily
I haven’t faced such situation till now but I know I will have to face it in
the future, and I am not even sure of my decision as it totally depends on the situation.
What I wish is wisdom and right guidance at that time.
Last time my dearest
friends please have the courage to speak up! It will solve your many problems
and don’t think that it will not work, it will! Engage people in a good dialogue
so that they understand your point and appreciate your approach.
Wow. Touched my heart :')
