Christmas Special!
QUEEN OF PUDDING
Ingredients
Finely chopped pineapple- 1 cup
Finely chopped cashew nuts - ¼ cup
Finely chopped raisins- ¼ cup
Milk – 3 cups
Eggs – 3 (separate yolk and white)
Bread – 5-6 slices (cut the sides)
Vanilla essence- ¼ tsp
Sugar to taste
Method
1.
Mix the milk, egg yolk , bread, sugar and
vanilla essence in a bowl

Add the chopped fruits.

Caramalise the mixture in an aluminium tin, when
it becomes cool pour the pudding mix and steam till cooked. Remove from fire
4.
Spread the beaten egg white on the top and steam
again for 5 minutes
5.
Remove from fire and let it cool.
6.
When cool refrigerate it for 4-5 hours. Decorate
with cherries and serve!
