The Quintessential Classroom: Squash Game

The squash game has no rules. There are infinite number of participants eyeing for that one moment; when the train stops at the station and the gates open. Foot steps make way out and then the game begins. Beware, people cheat. If you're of small built, stay calm. The crowd will push you forward. However, if you belong to a healthier section, you might not get through the first time. Be careful of the doors, the automated announcer does time and again reminds us that 'PLEASE STAND AWAY FROM THE DOOR'.

But the women in the ladies compartment are inherently stubborn and extremely unapologetic, I count myself too. Be certain that there will bickering at least twice or thrice a week. Some lady must have stepped on some other's foot or some must have commented a thing or two.
Tourists find the crowd extremely fascinating. Those who come from Europe might just feel that their entire town has been fit into one train bogie. Sadly, I am not even using least bit of exaggeration. This is the state of Rajiv Chowk Metro station at prime hours. We are definitely using our public transport in an efficient manner, so cheers to that.

So far I have been enjoying the crowd as its all very new and exciting. I feel like a tourist when I see people from the weaker sections of the economy board the metro with us. They are how stereotypical authors describe native Indians. From top to bottom they are covered, wearing shabby and old ragged clothes.  Flys following their way. And that's true.
I might be sounding vain but the first impression does make you notice a bit. Looking forward to new happenings.
